School System Strategy, Structure & Design
We assist dioceses and sponsoring organizations to analyze and redesign school systems. We focus on governance reform, regionalization, consolidation analysis, shared services, development of leadership structures, and creation of sustainability models. When creating school systems, we balance the needs of supporting the mission with meeting the demands of the operations to create a financially viable and strategically aligned system.
Governance Strategy & Board Development
We assist boards and dioceses in clarifying the structures of governance, authority, accountability, and the stewardship of the mission. We address the canonical-civil alignment, the roles of the board, formation, evaluation practices, and bylaws review.
